ABOUT THE EVENT
The 2.3 mile Little Bear Trail is located within Lake Chelan State Park. (Please note, Washington state parks do require you have a Discover Pass. If you don’t already have one, you may purchase the pass at the park or you can get a day pass for $10)
This will be a great opportunity to meet fellow parents and connect with our kids in the outdoors. All ages of kids are welcome.
The trailhead is next to the restrooms across from the playground.
This is the perfect trail for both little kids and adults. You get stunning views of the lake and there should be plenty of wildflowers out.
The park’s interpretive signs and mild terrain also make this a nice outing for youngsters. Start with the Little Bear Trail, named for the bear cub that was spotted by rangers as they surveyed the trail route. Enter the woods and…
