Here are the details:
This FREE meetup will start at 9:00 a.m. at the Royal Glenora stairs located at 111 st. and 97 Ave. Margaret and Tara will then lead participants along a paved trail with additional five sets of stairs to simulate a ‘summit’ hike that’ll take about an hour to complete. It is not a running event nor a competition and all are welcome.
Our explorer families have also pulled together a few local resources to help you make the most of this meetup.
From 9-9:30 we’ll have a representative from @mec to provide pack-fitting advice for baby-wearers; and Jlac Fitness (@jlacfitness), a local fitness professional, to lead an active warm up and offer information pelvic floor health while baby-wearing!
Afterwards, we’ll have Good Goods Co (@goodgoodsco) provide snacks and beverages to recharge you and your littles. Good Goods Co. is an Edmonton-based company that supports local and purpose-driven brands.
